We are a group of connected patients, families, and care partners who are passionate about improving health care programs, services, and systems in Sarnia-Lambton. Members will have the opportunity to:
- Make a difference for future patients’ health care needs and experiences through program and service co-design.
- Build skills through engagement opportunities, ongoing education and networking.
- Share lived experience to help inform health services in our community.
Who can become a member?
Members come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, but together have the shared goal of wanting the heath care system to improve. Members apply unique skills and experiences to contribute to co-designing and co-producing education, policies, practices, and more!
