Steve Pancino
Executive Lead

Steve joined the OHT most recently from The County of Lambton as the Manager of Emergency Medical Services and Paramedic Chief where he oversaw a number of key initiatives including the development and implementation of a comprehensive community paramedic program – working closely with many current OHT stakeholders and community partners in its development.
Steve has over 25 years of healthcare experience, including a clinical background as both a land and critical care flight paramedic. In addition to a strong clinical background, Steve has private sector experience in business development, holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and is a graduate of health innovation and business programs at Ivey and Queens University’s.

Erica Mitchell
Executive Assistant
Sarnia-Lambton OHT
Erica joined the OHT with extensive experience working with Lambton College and most recently providing administrative support to the Emergency Services and Care Transitions portfolio at Bluewater Health.
Throughout her career at Bluewater Health, Erica supported multiple teams and played an integral role in many long term projects.

Nadine Neve
Health System Integration Lead
Sarnia-Lambton OHT
Nadine joined the OHT from Bluewater Health, where she has held numerous clinical management positions including Manager of Emergency Services and Patient Flow. Nadine worked with many partners during the pandemic providing COVID response to Sarnia-Lambton through testing and was a key leader in the implementation of the Hockey Hub Mass Immunization Clinics.
Nadine has over 20 years of healthcare experience, including a clinical background as a respiratory therapist. Nadine has also worked in the community in management roles and is an ad-hoc professor in the Community Paramedicine certificate program through Fanshawe College.
Nadine holds a master’s degree in Business and diplomas in Respiratory Therapy and Healthcare Management.

Anna Labelle
Patient, Family & Care Partner Engagement Lead
Sarnia-Lambton OHT
Anna holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor, and joined the OHT from the Alzheimer Society of Sarnia-Lambton, where she provided ongoing support to those living with dementia and their care partners. Prior to this, Anna worked as a system navigator with Behavioural Supports Ontario where she supported care partners of older adults with, or at risk of, responsive behaviours/personal expressions associated with dementia, complex mental health, substance use and/or neurological conditions.
She has worked alongside vulnerable populations and continues to advocate for engaging the voices of citizens to participate in care planning and encourage self-empowerment. Her experience has enabled her to be an integral part of ongoing collaboration among service sectors, promoting partnerships and leveraging existing networks on behalf of the community and its citizens.
