Nadine Neve

Nadine joined the OHT from Bluewater Health, where she has held numerous clinical management positions including Manager of Emergency Services and Patient Flow. Nadine worked with many partners during the pandemic providing COVID response to Sarnia-Lambton through testing and was a key leader in the implementation of the Hockey Hub Mass Immunization Clinics.
Nadine has over 20 years of healthcare experience, including a clinical background as a respiratory therapist. Nadine has also worked in the community in management roles and is an ad-hoc professor in the Community Paramedicine certificate program through Fanshawe College.
Nadine holds a Master’s degree in Business and diplomas in Respiratory Therapy and Healthcare Management.
Julie Harries

Julie joined the OHT from Lambton Public Health, where she facilitated physician engagement and health system navigation as a Health Promoter on the Health Systems and Community Engagement team.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University, and a Communicative Disorders Assistant Certificate from Lambton College. She has an extensive background in health systems and agriculture, and has played an integral role in the expansion of the Age-Friendly Sarnia-Lambton website and the Older Adult Care Pathway research projects.
Jasmyne Sheppard

Jasmyne holds a Medical Office Administration Diploma from Lambton College. Her previous roles include working as the Administrative Assistant within Bluewater Health’s Occupational Health & Safety department.
Jasmyne has extensive experience working in the healthcare field, and has held several administrative roles during her time in British Columbia, where she was a unit clerk at Ridge Meadows Hospital and a booking clerk at Vancouver Coastal Health. Jasmyne had her career beginnings at Bluewater Health in 2016 as a unit clerk in several areas, including oncology, ambulatory care and day surgery. Jasmyne is known for being an organizational guru and maintaining an exceptionally functional office environment.
Melissa Schilz
Communications Advisor

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa. She supports both OHT and hospital communications in Sarnia-Lambton.
Prior to entering the healthcare communications field, Melissa was a multimedia journalist with Postmedia, focusing on the rural newsbeat, before moving into the role of marketing and advertising consultant. She began her professional career in the United Kingdom as an events and social media coordinator, where she worked with clients including city councils and the National Health Service (NHS) to promote digital engagement through webcasting meetings and other key events.
Amy Weiler

With a Bachelor of Sociology from McMaster University and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Fanshawe College, Amy provides community engagement and partnership development within the health and social services sector through Lambton Elderly Outreach, Age-Friendly Sarnia-Lambton and the Sarnia-Lambton Ontario Health Team.
Her experience working both locally and internationally, including in Brazil and South Korea, have equipped her with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of collaborative approaches. She is committed to utilizing these skills to drive positive outcomes and foster meaningful partnerships within our community.
